Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between FastPhoenix, represented by Liam Killingback (fastphoenix.info@gmail.com), and you, the user ("Licensee"), regarding the use of the FastPhoenix coding boilerplate (the "Product") available at https://fastphoenix.pro/. By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Grant of License

1.1 Licensee

• Create unlimited projects.
• Build and develop applications or websites for personal or commercial use.

2. Restrictions

• Resell or redistribute the FastPhoenix boilerplate as a standalone product.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use the boilerplate in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer the boilerplate or rights granted under this Agreement.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

FastPhoenix retains all ownership and intellectual property rights. This Agreement grants no ownership rights to the Licensee.

4. Warranty and Disclaimer

THE FastPhoenix BOILERPLATE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

FastPhoenix SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE BOILERPLATE.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australia courts.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between FastPhoenix and the Licensee.
